Local 4095 Strike Chairs:

Brittany Thomas

I’ve been working as a flight attendant since 2002, beginning my career with Zip, the low-cost carrier, before transitioning to Air Canada mainline following Zip’s closure. In 2007, I became a Service Director, a role that has deepened my commitment to delivering excellence onboard while also advocating for the wellbeing of my fellow crew members.

In 2024, I was honoured to be elected Vice President of Local 4095, where I’m focused on building unity, amplifying the voices of our membership, and pushing for the respect and improvements our profession deserves.

Our industry is at a turning point. To secure real, lasting change, it is critical that we, as a community of crew members, remain united, stand strong in bargaining, and be prepared to strike if necessary. Solidarity is our strongest tool, and together, we can shape a better future for all.
